From her mother’s kitchen in London to a borrowed oven in Amman, Mrs. Cookie’s Cookies is the passion project of an Iraqi girl in her 20s, dedicated to spreading love (and showing off her baking skills) through her perfectly crafted cookie recipe. With five years of experience running a kitchen in London and a dream of opening a bakery-florist hybrid, Dema has poured countless hours into perfecting her signature cookies.
